This year was the Fairtex Fight team’s most active in the last five years.
The team came together for 188 Muay Thai/striking and 7 MMA bouts.
Thai and Foreigners made up roughly equal portions of the team. The Thai athletes performed at a very considerable win rate. They achieved an incredible 81% win rate. Foreign fighters grabbed onto a 60% win rate.
These stats are notable given the level of the bouts. Boxers primarily competed at Lumpinee stadium for ONE Lumpinee, Fairtex Fight, and Lumpinee World Championship.
Several fighters made their way to the truly world wide shows. They fought on the ONE international show including: Celeste Hansen, Smilla Sundell, Stamp, Saemapetch, Ferrari and others.
Belts were won including a Thaiwasadu belt from Kendu Irving, Shir Cohen with the Road To ONE belt, and Kongdech with the Ngern Chaiyo. Stamp secured the Atomweight MMA ONE championship belt as well.
Female participation in the sport continues to grow. This year we tracked male vs female participation. Nak Muay Ying made up 28% of the bouts for the year. They won 70% of their bouts.
What does this information mean?
1: If you are a foreign fighter at Fairtex you will achieve at least a 60% win rate at the different levels of the fight game. This includes Fairtex Fight, Lumpinee World Champion, ONE Lumpinee and ONE International.
2: If you are an aspiring athlete Fairtex provides a clear ascension. From mid level shows all the way to world champion level.
3: If you are a female fighter, Fairtex provides opportunities. Also a very successful team of female sparring partners to level up your game.
